Preheat oven to 400°F.

Start by butterflying the salmon tail

Brush the inside and outside of the salmon with 1/3 cup of teriyaki.

Add the wasabi mayo ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.

Add all of the rice ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix well.

Spread the wasabi mayo inside the salmon as shown, then fill the inside with all of the sushi rice.

Close the salmon, brush with more teriyaki, top with lemon slices, and bake for 17 minutes.
