First slice your chicken into strips, season with paprika, parsley, cumin, garlic powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper and lime juice. Mix till you lose patience!

Get a pan on medium heat and cook for 6-8 mins in olive oil or cooking spray then set aside.

In the same pan add the bell peppers and onions with the same seasoning then cook for 5 mins till soft.

Next in a blender cup add avocado, yogurt, fresh coriander, salt, pepper, garlic powder and lime juice. Blend till smooth and creamy.

Finally get your tortilla wraps, add the fajita veg and chicken followed by a generous amount of avocado lime sauce. Toast the wrap if preferred then ENJOY!
