Ingredients: 4 lbs beef bottom round; 2 tsp salt; 1 tsp pepper; 1 cup quinoa flour; 1/4 cup olive oil; 2 lg onions thinly sliced; 3 cloves garlic minced; 3 green peppers sliced; 28 oz can tomato sauce; 1/8 tsp smoked paprika; Instructions:; preheat oven to 325℉; cut the meat into pieces, about 1/2 inch thick. season with salt and pepper. place flour in pie pan. pound with meat mallet, then dredge in flour.; heat oil in Dutch oven.
