Mix cream cheese in stand mixer until smooth on low speed. Slowly add sugar until well combined on slightly higher speed.

Add eggs 1 by 1 and then add the egg yolk until well combined. Scrape the sides of bowl.

Add salt, heavy cream, vanilla extract and sifted white flour.

Line a cake pan with parchment paper twice and have a 1 inch overhang. Cook at 425 F for about 50 mins. Rotate half way through in oven. Cook to 150 F internal temp. Let cool down to room temp before placing in fridge to eat next day.
