This Bolognese Sauce is made with lean ground beef, diced onion, carrot, and celery, Heintz tomato sauce, and a blend of oregano, basil, parsley, marjoram, and chili flakes. It's complemented by chicken stock, milk, sugar, Parmesan, fish sauce, bay leaf, and white cooking wine, creating a rich and flavorful sauce.

Finely chop onions, carrots and celery

Brown meat and remove excess fat for a less greasy sauce.

Put browned meat aside and add your carrots, onions and celery to the same pot and cook until translucent.

Deglaze pot with red wine and cook until the alcohol is cooked out. Add the browned meat back into the pot at this point.

Add all the rest of the ingreidents except the fresh parsley and parasean. Simmer the sauce for 1.5 hours.

Finely chop the parsley and add it along with the parasean cheese to finish the sauce.

Cook some spaghetti or any pasta of your choice and to sauce. Enjoy!
