For the Teriyaki Sauce:
In a bowl mix soy sauce, water, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic clove, ginger, sriracha, and the cornstarch + 2 tsp water slurry.

For the Avocado Spread:
In a separate bowl, mix together avocado, greek yogurt (or blended cottage cheese), lime juice, honey, and salt and pepper.

In a large bowl mix together the ground turkey, diced onion, 2 TBSP of the teriyaki sauce (do not use all the sauce), ginger, salt and pepper. Form into patties

Cook burgers on Med heat until cooked through

Grill pineapple and buns (optional)

Assemble burger on bun topped with remaining teriyaki sauce, pineapple, raw onion, and avocado sauce. Lettuce and tomato if preferred
