Ingredients

Steps

Slice chicken into thin strips.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok.

Add chicken and cook until browned; remove and set aside.

Add onion, carrots, and garlic to the skillet; cook 3–4 minutes. Also, if using add bell pepper slices and baby corn now.

Add cabbage and cook until wilted.

Return chicken to the skillet.

Add soy sauce, sugar‑free honey, sesame oil, mirin, and brown sugar substitute.

Stir and simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.

Serve with udon noodles and egg rolls
