Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups brown rice flour; 1 1/2 cups cornstarch; 1/2 cup quinoa flour; 1/4 cup flax meal; 1/4 cup teff flour; 1 1/2 tbsp xanthan gum; 2 tsp salt; 1 pkg yeast; 1 tsp cider vinegar; 3 tbsp honey; 1/3 cup oil; 2 eggs; 1 egg white; 1 3/4 cup warm water; Instructions:; mix it all very thoroughly, beat in the mixer 4 minutes.; shape with well oiled hands into; 2 baguettes or; 9 mini baguettes(1/2 cup dough)or; 18 bread sticks (1/4 cup dough); let rise 40 minutes until doubled; brush with egg yolk; bake at 375° for 35/25/20 minutes.
