Place the biscuits in the basket making sure there is about 1 inch of space between each biscuit. Spacing them out prevents sticking and allows for more air to flow through and crisp more surface area.

Large-sized biscuits (Grands! or 3-inch wide canned biscuits)Cook at 330 °F for four minutes and then turn the biscuits over. Cook for an additional four minutes or until they are golden brown with a crispy surface. Add an additional one to two minutes if you want more browning.

Regular-sized biscuits (2 ¼ inch wide canned biscuits)Cook at 330 °F for three minutes and then turn the biscuits over. Cook for an additional three to four minutes or until they are crisp and golden brown. You can have the option of cooking for one to two more minutes to get more browning.
