Marinade

Take chicken breasts and butterfly (cut in half so the are not as thick). You could also pound them to a consistent thickness if you need a little tension reliever. Place in ziplock bag.

Add marinade ingredients (everything except the Montreal steak seasoning) into the ziplock. Mix around to evenly coat chicken and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Can be done overnight.

Heat fry pan to medium and place chicken pan fry one side for 5-6 minutes.Flip then sprinkle Montreal steak seasoning on done side, cook another 5-6 minutes until no longer pink.

You can also bake on sheet pan in the oven - preheat to 350, place chicken on sheet, sprinkle Montreal steak seasoning and bake for 15 minutes.

Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
