Ingredients: 2 cups flour; 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum; 1 1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder; 1 tsp salt; 2 Tbsp coconut oil; I cup warm water; Instructions:; mix all the dry in a bowl, cut in oil, stir in water. let sit for a few min. roll out with tapioca flour on countertop. cook in skillet 1 min on each side.
