2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk

▢1 cup heavy cream

▢3/4 cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes)

▢1 tablespoon cocoa powder

▢1 teaspoon instant coffee

▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract

▢1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum recommended

▢1.5 cups Irish whiskey

Place everything except the whiskey into a blender and mix on low speed for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Add the whiskey and mix for five seconds.

Transfer to glass jars and store in the fridge.
