Hanjuku Egg Marinade

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and season with Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and smoked paprika to taste (if unsure, till it changes colour)

Pour the Hanjuku Egg marinade into a separate pan, heat it until the sugar dissolves. Pour into a heat-proof container. Boil eggs to desired doneness in water. Once peeled, put it in the container with the marinade and put a paper towel on top to make sure the eggs are submerged in the marinade.

Fry vegetable with a spray of olive oil, and add the low sodium oyster sauce once it's almost done

Spray your pan with 3 sprays of olive oil, add your chicken and cook it till done. Add in the teriyaki sauce at the end to coat the chicken.

Plate everything and serve!
