Comvine all the dressing ingredients using a hand blender.

Dice 1/2 a pack of bacon and cook it until its crispy

Wash romain lettuce and dry. Cut/tear the lettuce to the size you want. I usually do 1 head of lettuce for 2 big salads

Combine desired amounts of dressing, lettuce, bacon bits, parmasean and croutons and enjoy!
