Make the banana pudding mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the whipped topping and sweetened condensed milk.
Add the topping mixture to the pudding mixture.
Add the diced bananas and crushed vanilla wagers to the mixture.
Mix all that together.
Chill in the fridge for about an hour.

Prepare the tortilla chips:
Cut the flour tortilla into triangle shapes.
Make the cinnamon sugar by mixing the Splenda and cinnamon.
Fry the tortilla pieces in oil that is at least 325 degrees F until they have puff and have a golden-brown color.
Remove the fried tortillas from the oil and place them on a paper towel to soak up excess oil.
Immediately dust them with the cinnamon sugar.

Assemble the nachos:
Line a plate with fried tortillas.
Add budding mixture on top in the center.
Top with sliced bananas and crumbled vanilla wafers. Enjoy!
