Brown onion then add garlic. Add the rice and saute with onions.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring the liquid to a simmer and close the pot and put on low heat. Cook for 10 mins and scrape the rice off the bottom to avoid burning. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add a little water if needed.
