Butter English Muffins, toast under broiler for a few minutes until a bit browned/crispy.

Fry eggs.

Assemble: one toasted muffin, one slice of Canadian bacon, one fried egg, one slice of cheese.

Wrap each sandwich in parchment paper, then wrap in cling wrap, then put in freezer bags (6 or so sandwiches per bag) and pop in the deep freezer.

Thaw sandwich overnight in the refrigerator. Microwave 50 seconds (+/- 10 seconds depending).
